After graduating from Benedict College in Columbia, South Carolina, Dr. Glymph
attended the Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C.
where he graduated in 1982. He also completed his residency training
at the Howard University Hospital and affiliated Hospitals.

In 1985 Dr. Glymph moved to Montgomery, Alabama to work as a primary care clinic physician at the Lister Hill Health Center taking care of indigent patients in the local population. He later became the Medical Director in 1990, serving with distinction. Then from 1991 to 1995, Dr. Glymph signed on to work as a staff physician at the Montgomery Veteran's Administration Hospital. While there, Dr. Glymph did exclusively in-patient management of this elderly patient population with complex medical problems. Then in 1995, after having developed good standing at the VA Hospital, Dr. Glymph left the VA Hospital and went into the primary care specialty of Emergency Medicine.
In 1997 Dr. Glymph decided that the valuable and varied experiences that he had gained over the past 12 years had uniquely prepared him to properly care for patients in his own private medical practice. This decision culminated in the grand opening of THE ADULT MEDICAL SPECIALIST, PC on July 12, 1997. With a state-of-the-art medical facility and local hospital affiliations, Dr. Glymph is able to provide Quality Healthcare in a Christ Centered Atmosphere for his patients at reasonable and competative rates.
Dr. Glymph has a lovely wife, Joanne, and two children, a son, Austin, and a daughter, Sydnie. Dr. Glymph is an active member of Christian Life Church in Montgomery, Alabama.
The Doctor is a member of The American Medical Association, The Alabama Medical Association and The Montgomery County Medical Society.
